Bess and I made this monkey bread tonight with pizza dough from a can, butter, minced garlic, low sodium pepperoni, and mozzerella cheese. Yum! Dipped in pizza sauce, served with a big green salad. I found the recipe on Pinterest, from the blog—Confections of a Foodie Bride. Inside the bread is a little bit of mozzerella cheese and a half slice of pepperoni.
I teach first grade at a Christian school where I’ve been for 4 previous years. I live in SE Texas and am originally from Memphis, TN. I’m a wife of 21 years and a mom of two teens—one son, a junior in HS, and one daughter, an 8th grader. Before I taught first grade, I taught Kindergarten one year and I taught Pre-K age at a couple of our churches’ Mother’s Day Out preschool programs since before my son was born. All that to say, I’m very much on the early learning side of the spectrum.
